It suits busy people who struggle to find the time to prepare healthy meals with hectic life style in the busy city. 

ODMD aims to help thousands of people to condition their eating habits. ODMD will manage from choosing and buying the foods from local farmers, to the food preparation, cooking and to the food delivery to the customers. 

All the ingredients are fresh and the foods are nutritionally balanced; and our customers still enjoy their favorites foods such as nasi lemak, roti canai, fried rice, noodles but a twist of healthy menu.   • According to the star (Monday June 16, 2014),  KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia has been rated as the highest among Asian countries for obesity;
  • Science Advisor to the Prime Minister, Tan Sri Zakri Abdul Hamid, said new findings from British medical journal, The Lancet, showed that 49% of women and 44% of men in this country were found to be obese;
  • According to a new study published last month by The Lancet, Malaysia was rated heavyweight at 45.3% of its population, followed by South Korea (33.2%), Pakistan (30.7%) and China (28.3%).
